Sharbati wheat variety is popularly grown in Sehore district of M.P. Hence, many know it by the name of M.P Sehore Sharbati or Sehori Sharbati.
We outsource the grinding to local flour mills who grind them to medium coarse flour. Fine flour makes the dough sticky and loss of essential nutrients.
Since, we grind as per your orders please ensure you allow us ample time for the process and before your kitchen runs out of Roti Aata.
Do note there can be a weight loss of 100-200g in a packet as a part of grinding since we outsource to the local flour mill.
