Cooking Instructions – Long grain premium basmati
1. Soak rice in water after washing for atleast 1-2 hours in a vessel with water filled above rice. More soaking allows Basmati to absorb moisture which helps in getting longer, separate and slender grains post cooking.
2. In boiling water add soaked rice, salt and teaspoon oil/ghee to release the fragrance.
3. Once the rice is cooked leave it in pan for 10-12 mins. Drain water, Add ghee and it’s ready to serve.
