This broken grain of basmati is ideal for Jeera Rice, Khichdi, etc. and for daily use.

Tukda basmati rice suitable for daily use. Good in aroma and taste. Grows upto 1cm in length post cooking. Broken grain of Extra Long Grain Basmati rice.

Tukda basmati Cooking Instructions:
Soak rice in water after washing for atleast 1-2 hours in a vessel with water filled above rice.

In boiling water add salt and teaspoon oil to release fragrance.

After cooking leave the rice in pan for 10-12 mins. Drain water, Add ghee and it’s ready to serve.
